Q: How do we book our wedding with you?
A: To connect about your wedding photography experience and to receive additional information on pricing you can email directly through my website or feel free to email me at firstname.lastname@example.org. I love to connect over the phone or we can schedule an in person meeting to talk about your wedding and vision! I deeply care about my clients weddings so I love getting to know you.
I’ll then send you an email to my online portal where you’ll be able to review your wedding proposal, sign a wedding agreement and pay 1/3 retainer. You may pay via credit card online or I accept checks. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your wedding date so you can have one less thing to do before the big day, relax and be fully in the moment.
Q: How do we receive our wedding images and files?
A: Every wedding includes my Online Gallery for direct downloading and back up. With your Online Gallery we make it easy and a beautiful presentation to share your wedding photos with family and friends. Through the online gallery you can order wedding prints through professional printers.
Q: What’s your turn around time? How long does it take to receive our completed wedding images?
My goal for all weddings is to spend quality time on the editing process and to do so in a timely manner. My goal is to complete within 4-6 weeks. You’ll receive your Online Gallery followed by a wedding package.
Q: Do we receive all the images you captured at our wedding?
A: Of course! I typically shoot 75-100 images per hour and during the culling process I only delete blurry outtakes. We really make it a priority to photograph your wedding in a way that every shot counts. On an average 8-10 hour wedding day, clients receive on average about 800 edited high-resolution images ready for print.
Q: How do we order our wedding album?
A: To order an album or heirloom print box head over here to our Albums page.
Q: Do you include a second shooter?
A: Every wedding I shoot I have my second shooter shoot with me and assist me. These are people and close friends who have been shooting with me for several years so no moment is compromised. They also help with the family shot list so your family pictures run smoothly. Couples have often commented in our reviews about their happy experience working with my assistants! We deeply care about making your wedding day the best day ever.
Q: Do you have liability insurance if my venue asks for it?
A: Yes of course!
Q: What camera equipment do you use?
A: We use all the best professional grade and L series Canon camera equipment including: two Canon 5d Mark iii, one Canon 5d Mark ii, Mamiya 645 afdii, Contax 645, and L series lenses: Canon 50 (+2 back ups), 24-105, 16-35 wide, 70-200 zoom for ceremony close ups and a macro lens for detailed ring shots.
